  A very poor experience from start to finish. I decided to try and support a local business and ended up regretting it. First time they delivered the wrong colour and size of carpet and tried to blame me for giving incorrect measurements! it was clearly the wrong carpet. Second time I waited in all day expecting carpet to be delivered at lunch time, the carpet fitter eventually turned up at 11pm! I kid you not. He also fitted thinner, inferior underlay than I paid for, and the owner tried to claim that I had ordered that, even though I had the original quote. Extremely unprofessional and shoddy business that I wouldn't recommend anybody to use, it's just not worth it.
